Greetings at Songbirds Rainforest Retreat

We are behind in our blogging. We didn't have internet service on Heron Island and we had wine with dinner in Brisbane.  We still have to post about the birds of Brisbane and our visit to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary (more for Kangaroo feeding than Koalas). Our final destination in Australia is Songbirds Rainforest Retreat, a small place in  Tambourine Mountain about an hour from Brisbane. We settled into the room when Mike noticed a bird looking into the room.  It turns out it's an Australian King Parrot and he (and the missus) seems as interested in us as we are in him.
